My name is Lauren, and I am a Data Scientist.
I am currently a Data Scientist at SparkBeyond, an AI-focused solutions company that works directly with Fortune 500 companies to solve their hardest business problems. Prior to this, I worked at BFA, a niche financial inclusion global advisory firm, on the Quantitative Analytics & Inclusive Fintech team.
Previously, I focused on the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of international health programs. I am an experienced manager and technical advisor, having overseen program and research field teams in South Sudan, Bangladesh, and South Africa. My scientific publications are on PubMed.
I am a Contributor at Towards Data Science and a Python mentor at codebar.
MIT and Hopkins trained in quantitative and qualitative methods.
I am also an alumna of the Metis Data Science bootcamp.
My family owns a popular kitchen remodeling business.
